dann, wenn von der <strong>Arbeit Gefahren<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Sicherheit oder Gesundheit der Bediensteten ausgehen, entsprechende Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Vermeidung der Gefahren ergriffen werden m\u00fcssen und, wenn diese notwendig ist, auch die <strong>Kosten<\/strong> f\u00fcr entsprechende pers\u00f6nliche Schutzausr\u00fcstung <strong>\u00fcbernommen werden<\/strong>.<br>Ein Kostenersatz f\u00fcr pers\u00f6nliche Schutzausr\u00fcstung kann nur dann gew\u00e4hrt werden, wenn eine solche Schutzausr\u00fcstung auch erforderlich ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kostenersatz wird nach folgenden Kriterien gew\u00e4hrt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\"
