Pr\u00fcfungst\u00e4tigkeiten werden daher gesondert bezahlt.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr (Nach-)Pr\u00fcfungen gelten ab <strong>1.9.25 \u2013 31.8.26<\/strong> folgende Pauschals\u00e4tze:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Vorsitzender (je Teilpr\u00fcfung): <\/strong><\/td><td><\/td><td>\u20ac 2,80<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Schriftf\u00fchrer\/Klassenvorstand (je Teilpr\u00fcfung):<\/strong><\/td><td><\/td><td>\u20ac 2,80<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Pr\u00fcfer (je Pr\u00fcfung):<\/strong><\/td><td>m\u00fcndliche Pr\u00fcfung <\/td><td>\u20ac 16,50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>m\u00fcndl. Kompensationspr\u00fcfung <\/td><td>\u20ac 16,50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>schriftliche Pr\u00fcfung <\/td><td>\u20ac 29,70<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>praktische Pr\u00fcfung<\/td><td>\u20ac 29,70<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Korrektur und Bewertung der Abschlussarbeit <br>(einschlie\u00dflich Pr\u00e4sentation und Diskussion)<\/td><td>\u20ac 45,70<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Beisitzer Vorpr\u00fcfung (je Teilpr\u00fcfung):<\/strong><\/td><td><\/td><td>\u20ac 8,50<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><tfoot><tr><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tfoot><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dieser Bezahlung, die von der Einstufung unabh\u00e4ngig ist, sind s\u00e4mtliche Leistungen (Organisation, Vorbereitung, Durchf\u00fchrung, Korrektur, Beisitzert\u00e4tigkeit, Protokollf\u00fchrung, Beurteilungskonferenz, etc.) pauschal abgegolten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vorsitz hat jedenfalls w\u00e4hrend der Hauptpr\u00fcfung zu bestehen. Die Hauptpr\u00fcfung besteht aus f\u00fcnf Teilpr\u00fcfungen, daher sind entsprechend jeweils <strong>mindestens f\u00fcnf Teilpr\u00fcfungen pro Pr\u00fcfungskandidat\/in f\u00fcr den Vorsitz abzurechnen<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <strong>Klassenvorstand <\/strong>hat die Protokollf\u00fchrung w\u00e4hrend der zwei m\u00fcndlichen Teilpr\u00fcfungen zu \u00fcbernehmen, daher sind mindestens <strong>zwei Teilpr\u00fcfungen je Pr\u00fcfungskandidat\/in abzurechnen<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muss ein Mitglied der Pr\u00fcfungskommission vertreten werden (z.B. weil der Klassenvorstand selbst als Pr\u00fcfer t\u00e4tig ist), steht die entsprechende Geb\u00fchr seinem Vertreter zu. Haben mehrere Personen Anspruch auf eine Pr\u00fcfungsgeb\u00fchr, muss diese aufgeteilt werden.<br>Die<strong> kontinuierliche Betreuung <\/strong>eines Sch\u00fclers \/ einer Sch\u00fclerin bei der Erstellung der <strong>Abschlussarbeit <\/strong>im Laufe der letzten Schulstufe stellt zwar keine Pr\u00fcfungst\u00e4tigkeit dar, wird aber ebenfalls nicht auf die Lehrverpflichtung angerechnet sondern im S<strong>chuljahr 2025\/2026 pauschal mit \u20ac 263,60 pro betreuter Arbeit <\/strong>abgegolten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Durchf\u00fchrung der<strong> f\u00fcnfst\u00fcndigen praktischen Vorpr\u00fcfung<\/strong> kann der Pr\u00fcfer in seine Lehrverpflichtung einrechnen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Die Meldung der Anspruchsberechtigten an die Dienstbeh\u00f6rde ist Aufgabe der Schulleitung.<\/mark><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00e4tigkeiten im Rahmen der Hauptpr\u00fcfung bei Abschlusspr\u00fcfungen z\u00e4hlen nicht zur regul\u00e4ren Dienstzeit, d.h. sie k\u00f6nnen nicht in die Lehrverpflichtung eingerechnet werden.
