September des betreffenden Unterrichtsjahres abzugeben und ist unwiderruflich.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pragmatisierte LehrerInnen und VertragsleherInnen des Entlohnungsschemas IL k\u00f6nnen durch Erkl\u00e4rung bewirken, dass ihre im Schuljahr <strong>anfallenden Mehrdienstleistungen<\/strong> zum <strong>Teil oder zur G\u00e4nze<\/strong> <strong>nicht <\/strong>verg\u00fctet und <strong>ausbezahlt<\/strong>, sondern auf einem <strong>Zeitkonto gutgeschrieben <\/strong>werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die entsprechende <strong>Erkl\u00e4rung <\/strong>ist sp\u00e4testens bis zum <strong>30. September<\/strong> eines jeden Jahres abzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8c2aba2dd7cba452c96e5caafef7badc\">Die Gesamtgutschrift der angesparten Werteinheiten kann<strong> ab dem 50. Lebensjahr<\/strong> in Form einer mindestens 50%-igen <strong>Lehrverpflichtungsreduktion <\/strong>verbraucht werden,<strong> im Schuljahr der Pensionierung auch nur f\u00fcr einen Teil des Jahres<\/strong>. Dieses Modell stellt auch eine der wenigen M\u00f6glichkeiten dar, fr\u00fcher in \u201ePension\u201c gehen zu k\u00f6nnen. Eine<strong> g\u00e4nzliche Dienstfreistellung<\/strong> kann auch dadurch bewirkt werden, dass eine <strong>mindestens 50%-ige Freistellung mit einer Teilzeitbesch\u00e4ftigung kombiniert <\/strong>wird <strong>(gilt nicht f\u00fcr SchulleiterInnen)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-1171b7605575f0b557b4d46633826ae7\"><strong>Der Antrag muss bis 1. M\u00e4rz des vorangegangenen Unterrichtsjahres gestellt werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>720 (angesparte) Werteinheiten (WE) ergeben die Freistellung f\u00fcr ein ganzes Schuljahr, 60 WE ergeben Freizeit f\u00fcr einen Monat. Wird die <strong>Zeitgutschrift bis zur Pensionierung nicht ben\u00f6tigt<\/strong> oder wird vorher eine Auszahlung beantragt (ist jedes Jahr m\u00f6glich, auch vor dem 50. Lj.!) sind die Werteinheiten auf Antrag des Lehrers <strong>unter Zugrundelegung der besoldungsrechtlichen Stellung<\/strong> zum Zeitpunkt des Antrages bzw.
