Wer um ein Sabbatical ansucht, hat die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich in einer Rahmenzeit von zwei bis f\u00fcnf Jahren ein Schuljahr lang vom Dienst freizustellen<\/strong>. Dies ist sowohl f\u00fcr vertragliche als auch f\u00fcr pragmatisierte Lehrerinnen und Lehrer m\u00f6glich, vorausgesetzt man hat mindestens f\u00fcnf Jahre ununterbrochen im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst gearbeitet und und es darf kein wichtiger dienstlicher Grund entgegen stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Sabbatical kann immer nur f\u00fcr ganze Schuljahre<\/strong> (1. Sep. – 31. Aug.) beansprucht werden, ausser bei \u00dcbertritt in den Ruhestand w\u00e4hrend des letzten Schuljahres der Rahmenzeit tritt an die Stelle des vollen Schuljahres der Zeitraum vom 1. September bis zum \u00dcbertritt in den Ruhestand. Die Rahmenzeit (samt der Zeit der Freistellung) kann in diesem Fall auch bis zum 31. Dezember des \u00dcbertrittjahres erstreckt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Rahmenzeit umfasst die Dienstleistungszeit (Ansparzeit) und das Freijahr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eine Kombination <\/strong>von Sabbatical und \u201enormaler\u201c Teilzeit <\/strong>ist m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Rahmenzeit z\u00e4hlt zur G\u00e4nze<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Vorr\u00fcckung <\/strong>und zur G\u00e4nze als Pensionsversicherungszeit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei der Pensionierung werden f\u00fcr die Durchrechnung die aliquotierten Bez\u00fcge als Beitragsgrundlagen herangezogen. Bei pragm. Lehrpersonen besteht allerdings die M\u00f6glichkeit der Aufzahlung auf die vollen Pensionsbeitr\u00e4ge (=Altersteilzeit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr Vertragslehrer <\/strong>gelten die Regelungen sinngem\u00e4\u00df. Anstelle des \u00dcbertritts in den Ruhestand tritt das Enden des Dienstverh\u00e4ltnisses, wenn zum Zeitpunkt des Endens die Anspruchsvoraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine Pensionsleistung wegen Erreichens des gesetzlichen Pensionsalters nach dem ASVG erf\u00fcllt sind. Die Bezahlung des vollen Pensionsversicherungsbeitrags ist allerdings nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/strong> Achtung!<\/strong><\/span> Die Abfertigung (ALT) wird aus dem f\u00fcr den letzten Monat des Dienstverh\u00e4ltnisses geb\u00fchrenden Monatsentgeltes berechnet!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vorzeitige Beendigung ist auf Antrag m\u00f6glich, wenn kein wichtiger dienstlicher Grund entgegensteht. Die Freistellung ist ungeteilt zu verbrauchen. W\u00e4hrend der Freistellungsphase <\/strong>darf der Landeslehrer\/die Landeslehrerin nicht zur Dienstleistung herangezogen werden.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
